Welcome! I am Ryan Fussell, a senior at UNC Charlotte, majoring in communications studies and minoring in journalism. Concentrating in media and technology studies, I was interested in taking Kelly Merges' Principles of media and Design class to improve my graphic design skills. Throughout this course, we have created several projects using Adobe InDesign where I was able to learn and practice the basic principles of design such as contrast, repetition, alignment, and proximity, along with other elements of design. I really enjoyed creating these projects and I look forward to applying these skills to my future career.
